Brian Kay and Guest Speaker Bradley Lee of LBS, Inc. & Bottom Line
Focus discussed the pros & cons of retail department inventory versus
item level inventory methods. Additional topics included
detailed instructions on maintaining both retail and item level
inventories within the software and procedures for counting. The
session ended with an open question and answer period for customers
to share inventory concerns and how Summit C-Store©
can be used to pinpoint inventory shrink. |
